1. Scope and operator
This User Agreement covers the SenHOUSE website and mobile application, operated by Shenzhen Sengine Technology Co., Ltd. (深圳生境科技有限公司). Read this agreement and the Privacy Policy before use. Before purchasing, review the price, benefits, billing period and renewal terms shown at checkout.
2. Services and AI results
SenHOUSE offers space-photo uploads, design inspiration, AI image generation and editing, and management of creations and favorites. Features vary by platform and availability. A request is delivered only when processing finishes and a result is returned; uploading, saving a draft or submitting a task does not establish successful generation. AI may alter openings, layouts, objects or dimensions. Results are not a direct basis for structural safety, construction, purchasing or acceptance; obtain professional review against actual site conditions.
3. Identity and account access
Keep login credentials secure and do not impersonate others. Guest data belongs to the current identity; clearing local data or reinstalling may remove access to it. Where account linking is offered, use the original linked account to retrieve creations. Restoring a store purchase verifies membership benefits only; it does not recover previous photos, creations or a guest identity.
4. Your submissions
You must have the rights to submit photos, reference images and text, and must not submit unlawful material, infringe rights or disclose others’ private information. You retain your lawful rights in uploads and authorize processing necessary to carry out your requests, retain creations and handle feedback. Use of generated content remains subject to law and third-party rights. We do not guarantee unique outputs or the absence of third-party rights.
5. Credits and subscriptions
Free allowances, generation costs, package credits and expiry follow the information shown in the application. Credits are not cash and cannot be independently exchanged or transferred. When purchasing is available, checkout determines pricing and trial eligibility. The original purchase channel handles automatic renewal; disable renewal there before the next charge. Cancellation normally leaves paid benefits available until expiry, subject to channel rules. Benefits require purchase verification, not merely a client payment message.
6. Restoration, errors and refunds
Restore using the original store account; subscriptions linked to a SenHOUSE account may also require that original account. If payment or benefits remain pending, refresh or restore before paying again. Apply for refunds through the original purchase channel under applicable law and channel rules. Contact us with an order identifier for assistance; do not send passwords or complete payment credentials.
7. Deletion and account closure
Delete creations in their detail view and delete your current account or identity in Settings. Account deletion removes associated photos, creations and favorites; save needed content first and finish or cancel unfinished tasks. Deleting an account, uninstalling or signing out does not cancel a store subscription. Necessary transaction, credit-usage and security records may be retained to meet legal obligations, handle disputes or prevent duplicate benefits.
8. Acceptable use and intellectual property
Do not attack the service, access others’ data, bypass permissions or quotas, or distribute unlawful content. Software, branding and product assets are protected by applicable rights and may only be used as authorized or permitted by law. We may restrict requests or suspend affected features to address abuse or security incidents. Contact us to dispute a restriction.
9. Changes and responsibility
Maintenance, networks, devices and third-party failures may interrupt service. We will reasonably address failures and feedback and provide legally required notice and remedies for material changes affecting purchased benefits. No term excludes mandatory consumer protections or liability. PRC law applies without overriding mandatory protections available to you. Disputes may be discussed first and otherwise brought before a court with lawful jurisdiction.
