1. Scope
This policy explains how 深圳生境科技有限公司 handles personal information in the SenHOUSE website and mobile application, and how you can manage it. Processing follows the features you actually use; unused features do not by themselves require you to submit their associated content.
2. Accounts and local information
We process user identifiers, account information you provide and authentication information to identify users, protect accounts and associate creations. Necessary session information and language preferences are stored on the device. A selected photo can be previewed locally; selection alone does not upload it. Guest identities and linked accounts offer different recovery options.
3. Images and generation records
When you submit a creation, we process space photos, reference images, descriptions and selected tools and styles, together with task status, results and necessary error details, to perform the request, display creations and support further editing. Favorites associate the current identity with selected examples or creations. Submit only authorized content and obscure unnecessary personal details.
4. Feedback and transactions
Contact forms process your message, contact information and optional screenshots to answer requests. Images are compressed and re-encoded in the browser; original filenames and photo metadata are not included with attachments. When purchasing is available and used, product and transaction identifiers, verification records, benefits and credit usage support subscription verification, restoration and issue handling. The original purchase channel processes payment.
5. Product usage analytics
Our own service records a random installation identifier, sessions, pages and creation steps, tool and option identifiers, operation outcomes, language and platform to understand usage and diagnose failures. Analytics events do not include photos, written descriptions, contact details, payment credentials or raw network addresses. We do not use advertising identifiers or cross-site tracking. Events from a connected identity may be associated with the current account and linked behavior records are removed on account deletion. Behavior is analyzed over a 90-day window with periodic cleanup; task and credit records follow their respective retention rules.
6. Permissions and device actions
Camera, photo or media permissions are requested as required by the operating system when you capture, select or save images. You can change permissions in system settings. Refusal can limit the relevant feature without disabling unrelated features. Sharing is handed to the operating system and your chosen destination only when you initiate it.
7. Third-party processing
Images, descriptions and options necessary for a generation request are sent to the configured AI image service. The current generation flow uses Seedream model services; image transfer may use Tencent Cloud COS. Store purchases involve Apple App Store or Google Play and their native purchase interfaces. These parties process information under their applicable rules. We do not sell personal information or automatically publish uploads in Discover. Necessary disclosures support requests, security, legal obligations or your separate authorization.
8. Storage, access and retention
Account data, input images, creations and feedback are retained in the configured backend and storage services. Generation transfers inputs to the model service and retrieves outputs; this service should not be treated as a confidential channel for sensitive materials. Authentication, access controls and reasonable safeguards limit access, without guaranteeing the absence of security incidents. Data is retained as needed for the service and associated processing; minimal records required by law, disputes, security or transaction verification may remain after deletion.
9. Choices and rights
Manage photos, creations and favorites in the application and delete your current account or identity in Settings. Finish or cancel pending tasks first; deletion does not cancel subscriptions. Contact us to request access, correction, copying, deletion or withdrawal of authorization. Proportionate identity verification may be required to prevent impersonation. Withdrawal does not invalidate earlier lawful processing.
10. Security records and minors
Necessary request and error records support troubleshooting and abuse prevention. Contact forms use a randomly salted network-address digest to limit frequent submissions; feedback records do not retain the original network address. Minors should use the service with guardian guidance. Guardians may contact us to investigate and remove personal information improperly submitted by a minor.
